Specify the delivery and billing dates and choose the payment method. Don’t forget to check the completed data at the end and click on the Send Order button. You will immediately receive an email confirming the placed order, and you will be contacted within 24 hours by us with the final confirmation and details of any questions.
If you placed the order and selected the option to create a customer account, you can track orders placed directly from the customer account using the unique order number received when placing it by accessing the Track Order option.
If you placed an order without the option to create a customer account, unfortunately you cannot track the order.
Yes. An order can be canceled by sending an email to: email@example.com . Don’t forget to specify the order number placed. We will contact you later for confirmation.

Orders placed on creativedress.eu can be paid online through NETOPIA mobilPay.
Payment is fully secured through our partner NETOPIA mobilPay, recognized for the security requirement of online payment solutions offered. Payment is made through a redirected and secure page of NETOPIA mobilPay. The data you fill in is safe. We do not have and do not have direct access to your bank details.
Orders placed on creativesdress.eu are delivered by express courier and have Free Shipping.
Shipping is Free throughout Europe. The cost of transport is 50 euros for all countries outside Europe.
All products present on creativedress.eu have the stock specified by size.
If the product your size is in stock, the order has a delivery time of 48 hours from the order confirmation by the operator.
If the product on your size is not in stock, the order has a delivery time of 8 days. After placing the order, a CreativeDress representative will contact you and mention exactly the duration of execution and delivery of your order.
Information about Returns
According to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights, the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
To return the products, please contact us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and at the phone number displayed on the site.
Please note that the products can only be returned if they are in their original condition, are not damaged due to use, have not been washed or ironed, can be accompanied by the original packaging, as well as documents or other materials received in the box.
The return of the products is paid by the customer, even if the product is changed or replaced, or the money is returned.
Following the return request, you will receive a return form in which you must fill in the necessary data for the return of the money (24-character IBAN code, Bank, Name and Surname, etc.).
To complete the return, please let us know when the package is ready and we will send the courier to the address you mentioned to pick up the collection. Only in this way the return transport is free (valid only for orders received in Romania).
If you have ordered a product whose size does not correspond to your dimensions, you can contact us to establish the details related to the return and exchange of the current product in another size. Simple, right?
